The Financialization of Social Housing

This two-day workshop focused on exploring the emerging forms of social housing financialization. Participants examined the tensions between social housing as a common, public, or social good and its evolving status as a financial asset. Additionally, the workshop addressed the changing role of the state in embracing a financialized approach to the provision of social housing.
